Our Mixed Sponge Pack is an easy way to add bold color and height to your reef. This 3-pack features hardy, aquarium-suitable sponges in complementary shapes and shades, curated from our regular collection dives in the Florida waters.
Most packs include a combination of branching and rounded forms. In almost every order, you’ll receive a red tree sponge and a yellow ball sponge. The third sponge varies based on availability, but it’s always a colorful, hardy species we’re excited about that week. We intentionally select smaller specimens, as they tend to adapt and recover better in captivity than larger wild-collected colonies.

Care Notes
All sponges are filter feeders and do best in established aquariums with plenty of suspended microfoods (such as phytoplankton and other fine particulates). Provide moderate, indirect flow that keeps surfaces clear without blasting tissue. Never expose sponges to air—air trapped in their channels can cause tissue death. Keep them shaded from very intense light and avoid handling them out of water.
Note from the Collectors
Every sponge we offer is hand-collected, acclimated, and observed by our team before shipping. While we carefully try to remove unwanted growth and tiny hitchhikers, it’s possible that a few “goodies” from the reef may tag along. It’s a natural part of receiving genuine wild-collected specimens!
Some sponges may appear slightly dulled in color upon arrival due to shipping stress. Under good water quality and stable conditions, color typically deepens again over the following days.

We ship via 2-Day service on Mondays and Tuesdays only to help ensure specimens arrive healthy. You’ll receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Species included in each 3-pack may vary week to week based on collection conditions and what’s looking best for long-term aquarium success.
