Description
This beautiful species of branching coralline algae features both pink and purple colorations depending on the depth collected. This particular species is found in shallow water near the edges of turtle grass beds and offers habitat for various invertebrates. Coralline algae does well in brightly illuminated aquariums with ample amounts of calcium present. These can also be broken apart and placed in the sand bed to help spread coralline algae to aquariums. Sold as a single specimen, approx 2-3" in diameter.
